What do I need to do to prepare my business for a 360 photoshoot?
Simply walk through your business from the front to the back. This is a great way to get an objective view of your business as though you were a first-time customer. Take notes on what aspects of your store/business grab your attention – list the good and bad. Turn those bad points into good one!
How many panoramas do I need for my business?
The number of panoramas required really depends upon the size of the business location and which area you’d like to showcase. Contact me to discuss!
Which areas are included in the tour?
Photo shoots include the main customer-facing areas of your business. Contact me to determine what areas of your businesses you would like to showcase. The goal is to show potential customers what they would expect to see if they visited your business on any normal day.
Can employees or customers be in the tour?
No people will be included in the tour. The photography should be done either before your business opens for the day, or when there isn’t many people around so that they can move out of the way during the photography process.
What’s your cancellation policy?
All appointments must be cancelled more than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time otherwise there will be a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee.
